£24,482 per annum
Willowacre Trust is the charitable subsidiary of West of Scotland Housing Association (WSHA). Willowacre Trust offers support to families and individuals within Glasgow, North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire and Ayrshire enabling them to overcome difficulties and impact on tenancy sustainment.
Willowacre Trust supports the delivery of multiple community and support services and activities. These services range from small scale capital projects to the provision of Older People’s Services, Money Advice, Energy Advice, Starter Packs Services, Youth Services, Handy Person Services, Community Engagement Services and operates Barrowfield Community Centre. Willowacre Trust actively supports WSHA to deliver the ‘Supporting Communities’ Strategy.
Funded by The Robertson Trust and WSHA we are seeking an enthusiastic and talented individual who will proactively deliver our Digital Participation Services. This includes delivering 1:1 digital support interventions and digital skills workshops. Working directly with tenants and communities you will offer a wide range of digital support. The primary focus of this role is about being able to support people to use technology not about the postholder’s technical knowledge and experience.
The main responsibilities post holder includes but is not limited to:
- Deliver 1:1 digital support intervention directly to tenants.
- Deliver 1:1 digital literacy support intervention directly to tenants
- Deliver digital skills workshops within the identified communities.
- Develop an equipment lending scheme for tenants and communities to access.
- Support tenants to register with and access the WSHA Tenant Portal.
Work to deliver our Digital Participation Strategy
- Offer frontline digital advice and support to tenants and communities.
- Identify opportunities for improving connectivity for tenants which may include homes or a community space
With experienced in the delivery of high-quality Digital Support Services or similar services, you should be a strong team player and have a customer focused approach.
