We are looking for a Welfare Rights Assistant with excellent communication skills who is able to organise and prioritise their workload. You should have experience of working with the public, be a strong team player and have a customer focused approach.

We are looking for a Welfare Rights Assistant with exceptional organisational skills who can work to demanding deadlines. The ability to work as part of a small team is essential as is a customer centred approach. You will act as a point of contact for welfare rights enquiries for the team providing assistance and advice to tenants. You will also signpost tenants to others who could provide them with support. Therefore experience of working with the public is vital.
