About the Role
You will play a key role in the Housing Services Team. This role will be working closely with our field-based staff to support and administer housing management services particularly void management and the administration of void maintenance services.
Be able to assist and support the Housing Officers/Estates Officer in the effective delivery and administration of housing management services, including void management, allocations, anti-social behaviour, mid-market rent and estate management.
Assist and support the Housing Officer/Estates Officer with effective estate management/administration and contract administration including block inspections, play park inspections and grounds maintenance
Deal with basic tenancy and estate management breaches e.g. dumping, dog fouling, overgrown garden offer appropriate support in conjunction with colleagues
Be able to assist and support the Void Maintenance team in the effective delivery and administration of void management services including issuing works orders, contract administration, reconciliation of works orders/invoices, co-ordination of utility suppliers and field based support to the Housing Officer (Voids) to assist with void inspections
