About the Role
You will play a key role in Customer Service Team. This role will be part of a wider team who will be the first point of contact for our customers and will include responding and dealing with incoming calls, emails, and social media enquiries
• Have the willingness to help, kindness and empathy
• Have a customer centred approach and be able to undertake difficult conversations, with diplomacy and tact
• Be self-motivated with the ability to work using own initiative including good judgement of when to escalate more difficult complaints
