We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who will lead the development, delivery and implementation of West of Scotland’s Housing Management Services.

We are looking for a new Housing Manager who shares our values and will use them to guide the way they work on a daily basis. You will be accountable to our Director of Housing & Community Services providing excellent customer service in the delivery of a range of housing management services including tenancy management, estate management, income maximisation and allocations and void management. You will be a member of our Leadership Team supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Have a housing related qualification or educated to degree level
• Have significant experience at manager level within a complex organisation
• Demonstrate excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver an effective Housing Service.
• Have significant experience of working effectively with both internal and external customers and external organisations.
• Have significant experience in budget and contract management.
• Have significant experience in performance management and improvement.
• Have experience in managing cultural change.
