Repairs Assistant
Full Time, Fixed term until 1st July 2023
EVH 5 - £26,071 – £28,974 per annum
Glasgow based (mix of home and office working)

We are looking for a temporary repairs assistant who shares our values and will use them to guide the way they work on a daily basis. You will be accountable to our Senior Repairs Assistant and be part of a team who are first point of contact for customers who wish to report a repair and liaise with all stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
You should:
• Have excellent customer service skills with experience of working with the public
• Have commitment to cross organisational team working and ability to work as part of a small team
• Be self-motivated and have ability to work using your own initiative
• Have a good level of literacy and numeracy skills
• Have proficient IT skills in Microsoft word processing, spreadsheets and e-mail and ideally have experience of using repairs systems
