Getting Involved

We are committed to involving tenants in making decisions that affect them and their communities. Our tenants views are important to us and we encourage feedback to enable us to improve services. A number of ways you can get involved are:

  • members of the management committeeBoard – we have 8 tenant members
  • Tenant Advisory Group
  • Volunteering
  • Rate your Estate Assessor
  • Tenant Scrutiny
  • Providing Customer Feedback to any staff member
  • Community Events
  • Community Residents Groups

Members of the Tenant Advisory Group (TAG) are at the forefront of our engagement with tenants and welcome other tenants to join.

We have launched our Tenant Engagement Strategy for 2017-2020. You can view a summary here
