Factoring

Tenament BuildingWe provide a factoring service to1200 commercial and private owner occupiers.

This can cover the administration of common repairs/maintenance, buildings insurance (where applicable) and common ground maintenance.

We aim to ensure that the property is properly maintained and insured (where applicable) and for the Association to recover the owners' share of the cost.

Repairs

Owners receive the same repairs standards as our tenants.

Buildings Insurance

WSHA offers all owners the opportunity to have their buildings included on the Association’s Block insurance policy.

The premium rates payable are extremely competitive and claims are generally settled quickly and effectively.

A summary of cover is issued each year.

Please note that this offer is available to full owners only.

Shared Owners in accordance with the Occupancy Agreement, have building insurance cover included within their rental payments
