Adrian Waddell
I started with Cumbernauld Housing Partnership (CHP) as a Senior Finance Officer before CHP joined the Sanctuary Group in 2009. I had been a Factoring Manager before commencing my role as a Project Manager since 2014. The role I am still in today. I am proud to have been an integral part of bringing CHP and Tenants First fully in to Sanctuary Scotland by way of a transfer of engagements. Latterly, I performed a similar role when we successfull brought the ex-Thistle Housing Association into Sanctuary Scotland. My role allows me to engage with all parts of the Sanctuary Group and brings the maximum benefits of our service provision to our tenants.
In my spare time I like to keep myself fit as best as I can whether that be by enjoying time out on my bike or enjoying walks with my family, whether that be near or far! I am also an avid reader and enjoy listening to the radio as much as I can, which keeps me away from sitting in front of a television.
