Factoring

We currently provide a factoring service to 1202 commercial and privately owned domestic properties.

This can cover the administration of common repairs and maintenance, common services such as close cleaning and common ground maintenance, and the administration of our buildings insurance (where applicable).

We aim to ensure that our properties are properly maintained and insured (where applicable) and that we recover our costs to ensure continuity of our service.
