Westscot Living was created in 2022 as a subsidiary of West of Scotland Housing Association, responsible for all WSHA's factoring services as well as our mid-market rent properties.

Mid Market Rent Homes

Dalmarnock Site

Westscot Living manages WSHA's mid market rent properties. We currently have plans to create Mid Market Rent homes in Dalmarnock and Dundashill in Glasgow. 

We currently have a 1-bedroom property available for immediate let at our Dundashill development. Please see the Immediately Available MMR page for all information and to apply. 

Factoring Services

Tenament Building

Westscot Living provides a factoring service to over 1300 commercial and private owner occupiers. This includes services including administration of common repairs and maintainence, buildings insurance and common ground maintainence.
