- Proof of ID (driving licence, passport or other photo ID for all household members)
- Copy of birth certificate for all children under 16
- Proof of your income – this should include 3 months consecutive payslips as well as a p60 for the previous year – this must include your name and address on it. You should also send us 3 months of bank statements showing your income being paid into your account. If you are unable to provide salary information, we will accept evidence of employment with a copy of your contract or a letter from your employer confirming current employment and gross salary. This must be on company letterhead paper and signed. Where you are advising on additional housing income (e.g. welfare benefits/ pensions/ child maintenance) you must provide evidence of this either through a benefit award letter or showing the payments entering your bank.
