Westscot Living was created in 2022 as a subsidiary of West of Scotland Housing Association, responsible for all WSHA's factoring services as well as our mid-market rent properties.

Eligibility Criteria and how to apply

To be eligible for this property the income of the applicant or joint applicant must be between £31,759 and £48,143.  Please note a deposit of £1394.61 (1.5 month's rent), plus your first month's rent, will be required before you move into the property.

If you are interested in applying for this property, please complete the application form below. If you are not adding attachments to the form you must then send the following information to customer.service@westscot.co.uk. We will not process your application until we have received this information:

  • Proof of ID (driving licence, passport or other photo ID for all household members)
  • Copy of birth certificate for all children under 16
  • Proof of your income – this should include 3 months consecutive payslips as well as a p60 for the previous year – this must include your name and address on it. You should also send us 3 months of bank statements showing your income being paid into your account. If you are unable to provide salary information, we will accept evidence of employment with a copy of your contract or a letter from your employer confirming current employment and gross salary. This must be on company letterhead paper and signed. Where you are advising on additional housing income (e.g. welfare benefits/ pensions/ child maintenance) you must provide evidence of this either through a benefit award letter or showing the payments entering your bank.
  • Proof of your current address including 2 pieces of evidence from the following: utility bills/ bank statements/ council tax letters/ letter from GP
