Westscot Living was created in 2022 as a subsidiary of West of Scotland Housing Association, responsible for all WSHA's factoring services as well as our mid-market rent properties.

Dalmarnock Site

Westscot Living manages WSHA's mid market rent properties. We currently have Mid Market Rent homes in Dalmarnock and Dundashill in Glasgow. Find out more about the difference between MMR and social rent homes, and who qualifies to apply for an MMR  home here. 

Factoring Services

Tenament Building

Westscot Living provides a factoring service to over 1300 commercial and private owner occupiers. This includes services including administration of common repairs and maintainence, buildings insurance and common ground maintainence.
