Closure of Camlachie House today, 29th July 2026

We have become aware that a protest is planned to take place outside our Camlachie office today, Wednesdy 29th July, at 12pm.  This protest is not about the quality of our service, rather it is about the wider issue of immigration.

Following the disturbances in Glasgow at the weekend around similar planned protests, we have taken the difficult decision to close the office today, with staff working from home.  The safety of our residents and employees is always our top priority.

Due to the possibility of disruption, we will also only be undertaking emergency repairs to properties in the Camlachie area today.  None of our other neighbourhoods will see any disruption to service.
