Tenant consultation session, Thursday 30 November 2023, 5.30-7.30pm - joining instructions
Thank you very much for expressing interest in joining our engagement session around your priorities for your homes in the upcoming year. This session will be held via free-to-use online meeting software, Microsoft Teams.

The meeting is being held on Microsoft Teams. If you’re accessing the meeting via a phone, you may be asked to download the Microsoft Teams app before you can join the meeting. We will open each meeting 30 minutes before it begins – so if you are not experienced in joining online meetings you can enter early to check the technology is working for you. If you require assistance please phone 0141 550 5600 for the afternoon session or 07985200055 for the evening session to speak to a member of the West of Scotland team.
When you join the meeting you will be asked to enter your name, and you may be asked if Microsoft Teams can access your audio/video. If asked to access your audio and/or video settings, please select the ‘yes’ option – this will allow you to be seen and heard throughout the meeting and to see and hear the presenters.

As part of our consultation each tenant will receive a letter setting out their proposed rent charge to apply from April next year. This will also include a survey that you will have the opportunity to respond to. You should receive this around the 6th December and the survey will be open until Mid January.
