An exciting chance to join the Westscot Living team as we launch our first ever mid market rent homes.
Westscot Living is the subsidiary of West of Scotland Housing Association (WSHA), responsible the for the management of WSHA’s mid-market rent homes and factoring service.
In 2023 we completed our first Mid-Market rent homes, with further properties coming available this year in Dundashill and Dalmarnock in Glasgow. This is an exciting time for us as we look to establish Westscot Living as a provider of choice for mid-market rented homes within our geographical areas of operations. Being part of our Board is an excellent opportunity to be involved in making a real difference to our customers and communities.
Westscot Living is currently seeking new Board members who have experience of Mid-Market Rent/Private Rental Sector or Knowledge and experience of factoring, to complement the skillset of our current Board. There are two vacancies currently available.
Board Members will be expected to work effectively with other board members and staff and communicate effectively, contribute to decision-making and interpret information in a constructive manner.
