WSHA's Annual Charter Report is now available for the attention of all WSHA Group tenants and factored owners.
The Charter Report provides an overview of how WSHA has performed in relation to key service indicators given by the Scottish Housing Regulator. These numbers are reported on by all Housing Associations in Scotland, allowing easy comparison across categories and include stats and feedback around performance in the areas of Homes, People, Communities and Value for Money.
As every housing association in Scotland is required to produce a Charter Report once a year, this is a great way to measure how we perform against both the SHR average figures and other housing associations.
With accessibility in mind, for the first time this year we have created a video summary of our 2023/24 Annual Charter Report, which you can watch below. You can find both the video and the full PDF of the Charter Report over on the Performance section of this website.
