We wanted to make all tenants aware that our payment provider, Allpay, has made a slight change to the information needed to process a rent payment.
To make a rent payment online or over the phone, you will now need your Rent Account Reference Number (found on your rent statement) alongside your payment info.
You no longer need your 19-digit Allpay Reference.
