We have now completed the transfer of Charing Cross Housing Association and welcomed our new tenants, customers and staff on the 1st August.
Charing Cross tenants resoundingly backed the proposed transfer to us with 96.1% voting YES to the proposal.
We are now ready to start delivering on the promises made to Charing Cross tenants including a one-year rent freeze, significant additional investment in homes, increased opportunities for tenant engagement and a host of other improvements in local community services.
The transfer from Charing Cross brings another 512 additional homes and 900 factored homes.
