WSHA has a clear governance structure which outlines how we are governed by our Board and a number of relevant sub-committees. You can view our governance structure i the diagram below:

WSHA's Board

Our Board decides the policy and overall  strategic direction of WSHA. The Board is made up of 15 volunteers,  a mix of tenants (8 places) and others who have specialist knowledge (7 places) that they can bring to us. This mix makes sure that tenants' priorities are at the heart of our decision-making process, but also that we have the professional knowledge to achieve them.
