We wanted to let you know that one of the kitchen manufacturers used within our supply chain, Moores, has recently entered administration. As a result, there may be short-term delays to some kitchen deliveries, which could affect scheduled installation dates for a small number of our homes.
Please be assured that if you have already been notified that your kitchen is scheduled for replacement this financial year, the work will still go ahead. However, there may be some disruption to the original installation date. We are working closely with our contractor to confirm revised delivery dates where required.
We are also putting contingency plans in place, including alternative supply options, to minimise disruption to our tenants.
If your installation is impacted, we will contact you directly as soon as we have confirmed information and will agree a suitable revised date with you.
If you have a kitchen installation booked in the next few days and have not yet heard from us, your appointment may still be going ahead as planned. If there are any disruptions to your installation, we will be in touch.
