Rents and benefits
The Importance of Paying Rent
Nearly all of the services we provide are paid for from the rents we receive from tenants.
It is essential therefore that tenants pay their rent so that we can continue to provide these services.
We will work hard with any tenant to make sure they get the benefits they are entitled to and have realistic arrangements for paying rent.
However we will take action against any tenant who fails to engage with us. View our Income Management Policy.
When Should You Pay?
Your rent is due to be paid on the 28th of each month in advance. For example, your rent for July should be paid on 28th June. If you would find it easier to pay weekly or fortnightly then you can do this provided that you pay in advance.
