The Charter Report provides an overview of how WSHA has performed in relation to key service indicators given by the Scottish Housing Regulator. As every housing association is required to produce a Charter Report once a year, this is a great way to measure how we perform against both the SHR average figures and other housing associations.

Every year the Scottish Housing Regulator - the non-ministerial department responsible for regulating social housing in Scotland - also produces a report on the performance of each registered social landlord in Scotland.
